If you’re heading out to a Halloween party, don’t worry –
I have a few tricks to help you stay on track and in ketosis during the big night!

Drink your Ketones before going to the party. This will help ease your appetite and help if you decide to have a little cheat.
Eat a Keto-friendly meal before the party! Going to the party satisfied and fueled up will keep you from being tempted to munch on food that may not be low carb or Keto friendly!
Alcohol – If you do decide to drink, stick to hard liquor and dry wines, but don’t go overboard. Make sure you are using a Keto-friendly mixer that’s not loaded with sugar! Sugar is a culprit!!
