SOME ADDITIONAL TIPS ON GETTING STARTED
1) Don’t forget to take before photos and measurements! You will want to measure your progress.
2) Make sure to take electrolytes (MITOPLEX) daily and hydrate with water. Your body flushes fluids so you need to replenish them. If don’t drink enough water, a slight gain between day 1 – 3 is sometimes experienced. This is normal (don’t worry you aren’t gaining weight) your cells are simply holding water!
3) Most see a loss in day 5-10 after the whoosh, and some begin losing from day 1 – everyone is different!
4) If you experience a gain this means you need MORE WATER because your body will be flushing, and may be temporarily filling your fat cells with water as you lose the fat. If you don’t get enough it can temporarily cause bloat even though your body is losing fat.
5) To get your body used to the Ketones you can start with a 1/2 packet – you can use this amount for as many days as you like, or jump right into a full packet, up to you! If using a 1/2 packet starting, after getting acclimated to a 1/2 packet you can bump it up to 1/2 in the AM and 1/2 in the PM, and then move into a full packet!
6) Sometimes stomach upset (in the form of diarrhea) can happen as your body gets used to the ketones. This is normal.
7) After getting acclimated to a 1 packet you can bump it up to one packet in the AM and one packet in the PM to obtain the optional benefits from drinking the Ketones.
8) Alternatively you can start with a the two packets and scale back if you have discomfort, it’s up to you! (if you have diarrhea you may want to consume with food to slow the absorption or stick with a 1/2 packet until that subsides) then bump up to the two packets per day!
9) If you are pregnant or nursing it is suggested you use Caffeine Free Ketones. (Always seek Medical Advice from a doctor before starting any new products)
