Welcome to my site! I am a Keto Lifestyle Coach! Here you can learn more about the keto lifestyle, keto tips, recipes, fitness and more.
I am a wife, mom of three wonderful children and two Rhodesian Ridgebacks! I’ve been an athlete my entire life, playing soccer, track, cross country then continuing into my love of running into college and adulthood. I had a brief set back while having my three kids and gained over 50 pounds and lost my confidence along the way. Then after not wanting to feel this way anymore I made a change. I got back into fitness and found the Keto lifestyle.
Along my journey I was always passionate about health and fitness and helping others. Five years ago I became a health and fitness coach and started helping my clients start or get back to a healthy lifestyle with so many success stories! I myself lost 45 pounds to date on my healthy journey!
I love being a mom, endurance athlete, and a Keto Lifestyle coach. I love to motivate and inspire others showing them a busy mom or parent like me can do this! I share my personal experience and knowledge to help others improve their lives. I am constantly researching, learning and experimenting to continue to better myself so I can better serve my clients.
I’ve tried many different “healthy diets” and ways of eating over the years. I’ve tried everything from vegan, paleo, portion control, and clean eating in the pursuit of finding what would work best for me. Many did not work! I got some results with clean eating but I got into to a plateau I could not get out of.
After much research. That is when I discovered the Ketogenic Lifestyle and it totally changed my life. The downfall was it was hard. One slip up and I was trying to restart over and over. I then found out how to simplify the strict Ketogenic diet by drinking Ketones. Once I did this the results came like crazy! I feel amazing for the first time in my life since having kids.
