Choose Healthy Food at the grill. I love making Kabobs and include more veggies on your kebab like asparagus, zucchini, peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Choose meats like marbled steak, chicken breast, salmon, tuna, or shrimp

Healthy Grilling Tips:

Be sure to cook your meats thoroughly. Don’t leave food out for more than 2 hours – if it’s warmer (especially 90 degrees+) limit exposure to an hour.

Water and your Ketones – Remember to stay hydrated and take your electrolytes and supplements! Consuming adequate water will help keep you feeling fuller and avoiding dehydration. Drink 1/2 in your body weight in ounces or more depending activity. Make sure your keeping up with your Ketones daily as this will help you stay on tract as well. Helping your body burn fat all day!
