I have been helping clients make the Ketogenic diet simpler for some time now, and what I have found is that knowledge truly is power. If you are informed, you are empowered. If you know what certain foods do to your body, then you can choose wisely and feel confident in your choices.
So, whether you are a beginner or have some experience with Keto, I urge you to soak up all the information you can to set yourself up for lasting success.
One day I stumbled across a friends post that introduced me to the idea of the Ketogenic diet and Ketones. I was looking for different ways to get me out of a plateau I was stuck in with my health and fitness goals. When I read her post I realized she was once in the same boat I was in and seeing her changes were amazing. Coming from a health and fitness back ground with another company I had to check this out. I did my research got started and this has since changed my life.
My initial reaction was, What? I need to eat fat on this diet?! I couldn’t wrap my head around it, but the more research I did, the more I realized that this was real, and that all of the science made perfect sense. I am a research nerd and have to have all the facts before I do anything. I began implementing the Ketogenic diet immediately, it was hard. This is when I contacted my friend and learned all about ketones and how it makes this journey so much easier with the Keto diet and I have never looked back since.
I eat delicious and satisfying foods and never feel like I am depriving myself. In fact, I feel balanced and content—better than I had ever felt in my life.
Within a few months, of doing Keto the best I could and drinking ketones twice a day I shed the excess weight, leaned out, I had more energy, my focus improved, I slept better, my skin got clearer, my cravings dramatically decreased, and I was getting out of my dreaded plateau and getting results….
The improvement in my quality of life created a passion in me to help others do the same.
